Little Sheep Hot Pot
Located at
1/F, 26 Kimberly Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
Hot Pot: refers to several different East Asian varieties of stew,
consisting of a simmering metal pot of stock at the center of the
dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are
placed into the pot and are cooked at the table.
Have you ever heard of doing Hot Pot on a cold weather afternoon or evening in Hong Kong, but never knew where to try it? Do you love meat? Well, I have a place that you should try for your first Hot Pot experience Little Sheep Hot Pot in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Little Sheep Hot Pot is Mongolian Style hot pot, that also offers dim sum if you want something besides just hot pot. If your really hungry and want something for reasonable price then this is the place for you. They offer an all you can eat hot pot for $158 and if you want all you can drink beer or soda as well you just have to add $20 to your tab for a total of around $200.
Little Sheep is for the meat lover that loves to eat endless meat, one thing that they are really well known for is the Lamb which is a Mongolian favorite dish.
For the Hot Pot soup fillings you have three options
1. Spicy ( Which is filled with Red Chillies)
2. Non-Spicy
3. Half and Half ( half spicy and half non-spicy )
The spicy soup is not as hot as some people would say if you asked them there opinion. When I went there with my friends we did the half and half option because we had heard that the spicy is really spicy, but after trying it we came to learn that the spicy wasn't in fact that spicy it was more of a mild flavor.
Overall review I would give this restaurant 3.5/5 ***.*
